Hot Crack Sealing

There will come a point that sealcoating alone is no longer enough to maintain your asphalt. When cracks form in your asphalt you will need hot crack seal to prevent water from seeping under the asphalt and causing more damage. The hot applied rubberized material goes into the crack where it cools and provides a barrier while also being flexible to move with the asphalt. Finishing up with sealcoat gives the asphalt the protection it needs to last.
